Yes, I mean the UPPER back panel limit switch which is the one on the flipper hinge. I had checked all of the other limit switches, but I still had an intermittent problem with the trunk getting stuck open with the flipper retracted. Good advice on getting the manual. I wish I had a copy for 1965. I ended up doing a tweak adjustment on this switch while it was installed and got it to be reliable.
Another problem masking my situation was that this upper back panel limit switch was not rotating correctly due to a damaged "D hole" flat (rounded out the plastic). You need to be care full doing these adjustments and with the mounting of the switch to the shaft. If you tighten the mounting nuts with the switch misaligned, you can damage that D hole in the plastic. Good luck.
