Good morning, I want to put the top down and the deck went up half way, stopped, and while the motor was running, it just "clicked" and didn't move. I put it back down, and tried again. Same thing. This time I helped it into the full up position, but it did not trip the next step where the top should come down. Then the big issue, I noticed that the hydraulic pump was still running but quietly. I'm not sure if it was quite because it wasn't running at full power, or because it was straining. I tried to get the deck to go back down but it wouldn't move. So I quickly unplugged power to the pump before something very bad happened.
Does anyone have any thoughts?
Thank you!
