1959 What gas to use?

I have the 352 original motor. It seems to me like high octane (ethyl in the old days) would be the proper gas for that engine. I have access to gas with no ethanol, so should that be considered as well? What do you guys use in your Tbird?

You are lucky to have access to NON ethanol gas. Ethanol has taken a toll on the rubber hoses etc in the engine.
 
Premium fuel plus an additive, Boostane.
