1957 Thunderbird disk brakes

1957 Disk brake’s
In 1998 or 1999 I installed disk brakes on my 57 Bird I now need info in the system and the only info I have is this cost and info sheet. Dose anyone remember this type of system. Thanks

I am hoping to see if anyone might know were I bought this system from. I thought it was CASCO but they say no.
I have a dual master and am using the original power brake booster. It has work all these years BUT very touchy.
