Will the horn ring from a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 fit a 1957 T-Bird? I know the medallion will have to be changed.

Yes they are the same. There are two horn rings that I remember. One has raised letters for master guide power steering, the other is plain.
 
Thanks, The Ford one can be purchased for about $100 while the T-Bird goes for 2 to 3 times that much. Assuming similar condition.
