Contemplating painting my engine black !!!!!

Exterior is Continental White.
Interior is Black and White.
Will be adding lots of chrome to the engine, I love CHROME.

I know it not stock, but think it could look super.

I know it could potentially hurt $$$, but I really don't care about value, I just love the car.

Thoughts ???

What more bling do you want to add? The Aluminum valve covers are iconic. The dress-up option also included a chrome steering shaft, breather cap and chrome air cleaner also. If you want to go with chrome generator, starter, and whatever, go for it. But a black block? You want color and bling? Go with the red Ford engine color. More contrast that will just enhance the resto-mod look.
The matt black look is now the rage in the new engines but the mix with chrome is a mismatch which will not fly. But your eye is the judge.
