I am restoring a 56 tbird for a friend. Car was in boxs when I got it so I didnt get the luxury of tearing it down.

My question is about the horn.

I know how it works but I am stumped on something..here it is

There is a wire that comes out if the loom by the battery. it goes to horn relay. it is ground to make relay work

my question is how does the ground signal get from the horn button thru the column to that wire?
