WTB Coolant hoses, tubes for 2005 Thunderbird

Does anyone know where I could found replacement parts for these three aluminium tubes? My mechanic is having difficulty finding and they have completely deteriorated. Thanks!

Did you have any luck finding the aluminum tubes. My 05 has an intermittent coolant leak in the same area, just weighing options.
