My mechanic cannot find a AC Control Head, see attached, which needs to be replaced. Problem is the fan run on high all the time.

Just an FYI - the shop repair manual directions for this symptom recommend replacing the blower motor speed control - which may or may not be easy to find. I don't have the part number...
