The W2-93-6A642-ED oil cooler for the 03-05 is still available out of Suffolk, England at britparts.com. Jaguar PN# is “AJ8 7654”. To have it delivered to the Wast coast is right at $500.00.
I purchased it. Tested Ok. Seal looked ok. Lube and boxed on parts shelf.There is a used oil cooler on ebay for $69.95. For that price I would clean, pressure test and repaint it before installing it on the car.
