I just joined this forum in the hope I can find a 1962 or 1963 Thunderbird (preferably a hardtop rather than convertible) for my new life on Route 66 here in Stroud, Oklahoma. I will be opening a Route 66 museum (tribute to many things that have made America an optimistic place with a hopeful future and can do so again), and I want to help people go back in time to the early 1960s by having a classic car from that era parked in front.
Thanks in advance for any leads you can offer.
My current fun car is a 2008 Bullitt edition Mustang GT. It's a tribute to the 1968 Mustang driven by Steve McQueen in the film "Bullitt" and is a great car to drive... but it's not suitable for what I'm doing now.
