Front bumper, rear bumper?
 
You might specify front or rear and keep in mind that each is more than one piece. I would suggest contacting the usual T-bird specific suppliers. they often have used parts that do not show in their catalogs. If you join a club you may have access to a variety of non-reproduced parts.
