Does anyone know what came in Manage the Wait Box #1 of the pre-delivery gifts sent to those who pre-ordered the 20002 Thunderbird? I have all 5 boxes but box 1 is empty and can't find information on it's contents.

I bought the car in 2008 and had all 5 boxes but box 1 had the book but no bookends. Thanks for responding. Yes I have the die cast from box 5 also missing 4 stickers from a box

I think it was the porthole bookends.
