Some of our local high school students have asked me to participate in the upcoming christmas parade with the tbird. a while back (year or two) i remember something being posted about a parade tonneau. anyone have any recollection of that? is there any potential problem having a few kids sitting on the back deck for a mile and a 1/2? i've never used it for this before, so i'd like to make sure. thanks

I used our Bird in a local parade in May this year. Had outgoing Queen. What I did was put a small pillow on rear deck or on top area( softop )so the rider could sit comfortable. made her take off shoes as to not punch holes in seat. The little area behind seats is big enough for most to rest feet and hold on to headrest if need be.
As most parades only last a short while 1-2 hours this will be comfortable for rider unles they are 300+ lbs.
Hope this helps. And yes we were one of the big hits on the parade route.
Red/Red Full accent with white formal really stand out.
Thanks
Dennis
