Two Landaus to sell. 1962 and 1963

I have two Landaus to sell, a 1962 parts car and a 1963 barn find. It appears that the 62 was bought to replace the 63 motor. Apparently the owner passed away and the 63 sat in a barn in Clovis, California for 40 years. I would like to sell as a package deal. The 63 is missing the front end of the motor as well as the radiator. The 63 is in very good condition, rust free but not running at all. I threw a battery in and checked the electrical, which does work. We are asking $8500 for both cars in Fresno, CA.
