Trailer hitch for '55 w/continental kit?

Here's a crazy thought...

Has anyone ever seen or owned a '55 bird with a continental kit that also has a trailer hitch able to tow a small trailer / teardrop? I would love your thoughts on this and/or sources or fabrication plans!
