I have a similar problem, squeaks when I turn left or right

At one point Ford had an addictive for the PS fluid. I would get a fluid change as the current fluid will have the additive.

I would think these noises are unrelated to the power steering; sounds more like the "auto-positioning" steering wheel feature..

When I pulled the instrument cluster on my car, I lubed all the actuator screws and slide points in the tilt-and-extend mechanism. Not that tough to get the plastic covers off and do it.
