Need to replace Bushings on linkage. Any tips on doing it?

If you are referring to the sway bar bushings, three simple things to keep in mind;
1. Don’t buy cheap replacements, they won’t fit well and anything other than black rubber won’t look right. The better frame mounting bushings have lips that will ensure they won’t work their way out of their brackets.
2. When installing the strut bushings don’t over tighten them. A good guide is to only tighten them until the rubber is about the same diameter as the washers that they are seated in. Kinda like you would with shocks.
3. If you are replacing everything, the. This is the best time to refinish the sway bar itself in a semigloss paint of your choice.
