I wish you all luck with this one. It is hard to find parts for our late -60th cars. I can see on your pics that you will have to do lots of work and search lots of parts to bring this back to its former glory.

Good luck with it. I like the suicide doors on her. Oh and parts are not too hard to come across. They made thousands of these t-birds. And the engine (most likely the 429 thunderjet) is a popular engine and is pretty similar to the 460. So parts are easily still attainable. Body and interior is going to be the tough finds. Though if diligent enough you can get them.

How’s the body? Any rust? Trunk and frame? Are the floor pans in good shape? Doors? Oh and do the head light doors still work? They were vacuume powered.

Hi,

Thanks for answers.
It has lot of rust, but that I believe this can be handled,
Engine is 7liters v8 - for now i know only that,
Floor needs to be fixed in few places but generally it looks ok. I do not know what is the frame condition,

During comming week I will tak it on lift and check more[/QUOTE]

7 liters is the 429 thunderjet. Best of luck with the rust.

Begin by finding a rust free parts shell from Texas cheap with most of the parts you need all in one place
