Need Help--03 Bird

I need to replace the cooling system decal on my '03 Bird that is faded and peeling. It's attached to the plastic panel located in front of the cooling fan shroud underhood. I need the complete engineering part number located in the lower right section of the decal, it should have a 19A286 basic part number.

If someone with an '03 Bird could raise their hood and pass along the part number to me, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Thank You for your help this will help the Ford parts man order a new decal as he cant find it in his microfish.
