Considering returning my '55 to the original carb which I have but need intake manifold and choke mechanism. Any thoughts on where to purchase?

What's on it now? Lots of people remove the originals and go to the 57 manifold and carb and tach. You might find a 55 for the cost of shipping. I'd check some of the facebook baby bird pages.
