i'll admit I'm not very smart on the wiring on these cars. My problem is the power windows, heater fan, radio, and maybe some other items i'm forgetting works with the key in the off postion. I don't think that's right. Seems that the key should be either on or on accessory. I've got the electrical books for this 64 bird and still puzzled. Isn't fun fixing pre. owners mess ups lol? Thanks for any and all help. I forgot to mention that the right side (passenger) bulkhead connector was melted and the pre. owner cut it out and spliced soldered the wires together.
