Hi there. There's a book out there called the Thunderbird Restoration Guide 1958-1966. That might be a resource that could help out. I've seen it referenced as the definitive guide for restoration. Hope that helps!
 
You should get the Jim Osborn reproduction manual for Body / Interior Assembly for a 1966 order AM0061 $26.00
CALL 770-962-7556 or www.osborn-reproduction.com this will help you on how to dissemble the trim.
