grab the outer edge with your fingers and move the cover out. They are held on with spring steel clips. Once you have the cap extended away from the wheel. remove the clip end one at a time from the ring and the cap will be loose.

Thanks. That will release the centre cap . Then do I just pry off the outside ring at the rim to get the rest off
Is there a place I can get a video
THANKS

Have patience. It can be very frustrating. The KEY is to make sure as best you can to have the "tire" end, which is the wider part of the clip, FULLY inserted between the rim and the "bead" of the tire. It's even ok to tap that end in with a screwdriver and hammer if it's being stubborn. It is possible to bend the curled flange of the clip back into shape so they will hold better. Practice makes it easier. You'll know if you have them fully inserted so they stay, because if not, they will pop out at the tire end every time. The hubcap (wheelcover) will "snap" into place and really should be snug all the way around. If not, reposition your clips and give it another try. The more you practice, the better you'll get. Best of luck!!
