What is the biggest size rims these will take without problems. I was looking at 18" torq thrust 2's as I had them before but only 17". Would 20" be too big? Also can they be lowered. I want to rebuild the 351w in it now get rid of column shift put a ratchet on the floor.

Prolly gonna take my time over the winter. Paint is good, needs new interior though although it's not bad. I'll put new carpet, etc in it. Give it an overhaul in my garage been sitting 10 years. Getting it free so may as well pimp it up a bit !!

You can put 20's on the car you will have to run low pro tires. But the biggest issue is going to be rim width and backspacing. what year I think you should look for something different then the TT2's THose rims are a little played out..
