Yes, but getting batteries in the future may be problematic. Those batteries require lithium which mainly comes from Afghanistan.

This is not true. While it has been reported that there are many UNTAPPED natural resources there, a quick google search of the top 10 lithium mines reveals Lithium is not being mined there in any significant amount.
