ESP Premiun Care vs APCO's Total Care

I am trying to compare Ford's ESP Premium Care with APCO's (a Ford Subsidary) Total Care. The coverage appears to be the same with APCO costing a few hundred dollars less. Has anyone had any experience with APCO or gone through a similar analysis?? I am looking for 72-75K mile coverage.
