Error Code P0191 2005 TBird

Can anyone tell me how to access the fuel tank pressure sensor on my 2005 T Bird I got an error code P0191.

This is for an 02
Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer Section 414-01 .
  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. For additional information, refer to Section 310-00 .
  1. Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor electrical connector.
  1. Remove the bolts.
  1. Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor vacuum hose and remove the fuel pressure sensor.
  1. NOTE: Lubricate the new seal and O-ring seals with clean engine oil.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Gus, I am trying to locate the fuel tank pressure sensor. the Ford dealer here showed it somewhere in the rear near the evap canister.
 
My code P0191 says it is the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor, not the Fuel Pressure Sensor. Does the code possibility mean either sendor?
