I am considering a Borla Exhaust system for my Tbird. I would like a richer throatier sound but do not want to wake the neighbors up at night. A little more like a Mustange GT or even like a Cobra would be great. Does anyone have experience with them and how did the project go?

Could you tell a difference in performance or fuel economy? This will help me justify them to my wife....

I had posted my results (copied) here: http://forums.thunderbirdforum.com/showpost~p~24955~postcount~7.htm . I saw no other postings on that thread so possibly you missed it.

BTW, if you go for them there is a place to get them at just about half price. For my 2002, I paid $775. Or did I already send you their email address?

Install took about 20 minutes to take off and put on both systems. He said it was the easiest system he ever put on.
