Hi to everyone
I have a shop that converts original OEM radios to digital FM, Bluetooth, Aux input, MP3 etc, with 2X45W amplifier..
I purchased a 1961-1963 T-Bird radio to do a prototype, and I was surprise by the set-up and unconventional design. The radio is completely enclosed with no openings and the antenna is plugged into the bottom. Since some extra speaker wires and heat sink may be added to it, I was wonder how I can do that without interfering with others parts. It is my understanding that some T-birds are very restricted behind the dash.
I would also like to know if any members are interested in converting radios of other years.
Also, don’t hesitate to ask any questions, make comments or suggestions.
(Attaching a picture of the type of radio I'm working with).
Thanks
Denis
