This looks to be a very good deal on a Thunderbird car cover. Unlike the generic covers for about this price this fits one like a glove. I paid about $170 for mine buying from Ford with a discount. Noah does make them for Ford and if this cover has the Thunderbird logo it appears to be the real deal.
