Can I add a ragtop to 2002 removable hardtop Tbird?

I'm looking at a 2002 removable hardtop TBird, but the owner does not know it if has ever or can have a ragtop.
Were some made that you cannot have a ragtop?

BRG.......all 2002 - 2005 have a soft top. Not all have a hard top
