Does anyone have any idea where I can get air shocks or spring spacers to lift the rear of my 96 T-bird. I can't seem to find anything on line.

A local shop has sourced air bladders for me for use on a 1971 Chevelle that are independent from the shocks themselves. Have you searched for air bladders?

Yes but the will not increase the height they only maintain the current riding height. Just getting the backend up a little has become some what of a challenge on this one. I'd kill for a good set of Monroe Air Shocks like we had back in the 70-80's.

There must be something else out there, then. The aire bladders that this garage installed raised my car at least three inches such that the rear tires no longer interfered with the rear wheel wells. I'll see if I still have a receipt to get more info.
