88 t-bird 5.0 rear gears

hey guys/gals had a couple of quick questions. does anyone know what the stock rearend gears are in an 88 t-bird with a 5.0? also does it have a 7.5 or an 8.8?
before i get any replies, my guess would be...8.8 with 3.08s....was i close? i looked all over the web and couldn't find any info. thanks 😉

Well, it's not an 8.8. The only Fox body T-bird to get that rear was the TurboCoupe. Most others had a 7.5" 2.73 non locking unit, but a 3.08 was available with a tow package.
