72 hood stuck

Hello,

I closed. My hood today and now it. Is stuck open-closed ...
It should be flush . But it is about 1.5 inches open. It will not open or close it is stuck / jammed .
What can I do to fix this ?

First start by telling us what year the car is. Try getting underneath and reaching up to pop the hood from the inside.

Hmm - there's a secondary latch that you have to trigger for the hood to open all the way. I assume you're trying to do that. Does that latch appear to be working but the hood is still not opening?
