Hmm I dunno I think possibly chrome trim around the windows. Does stainles steel pit? Some of my trim has a little rust stains on it. I can easily wipe it off though with a gentle scrub pad.
They are aluminum use wood dowel in a leather hammer you should be able to get on pretty clean.
