66 Thunderbird trunk tension rod installation

Any resources out there on how to install the tension rods on a 66? Even a picture on how it looks installed would be helpful, thank you!

Awesome, I was able to set the tension rods with channel locks, my right foot and a lot of cursing! Even at the lowest tension setting the trunk now goes up and stays up without my broom stick, thanks again!
