Howdy all,

Does anyone know of a place where I can order a dipstick tube for the cruise-o-matic mx Tranny. I only need the tube as mine apparently has a crack in it causing a leak. Thanks in advance.

It is very easy to repair. Degrease it and then sand the crack area and degrease again. Take a small butane torch and some solder and solder it up. It fills the crack and then you sand it smooth and then repaint. I fix holes in all metal tanks this way and I have patched holes in the roof of a car this way. filled in small dents also. Easy to do and strong and better than bondo at times. Magnet cannot find it and neither will tapping on the metal.
