66 bird heat control problem

<div class="bbWrapper">my 66 bird A/C car blows hot air through passenger bottom and defroster vents. no vacuum to heater shutoff valve (hose off) ideas before I take everything apart? also has 2 heater hoses coming off manifold- one to valve other &quot;t&#039;d in at heater core</div>
