I purchased what is purported to be an original factory window regulator with number 22461 stamped on the piece. It also has an L stamped near the number. The L has me confused but hope it does not mean left. Thanks for any help.

I've scoured all my parts suppliers and the parts digest and can't find that part number anywhere. All the suppliers have # 23202 RH and 23203 LH.
