Fender skirt fell off going down the highway. How do I install and remove them so this doesn’t happen again? Thanks

be sure they are installed right to start with, then with some wire , wire the latch so it won't come undone by road vibration, mine stay on this way.
 
I think the tire guy botched it. I’ve never pulled them off or put them on so tops are appreciated.

I wire my latches and added a screw in the back lower side. I used a self tapper.
