2005 windshield wiper parks to high

The passenger side wiper parks too high on the windshield. Is there an adjustment?

Each windshield wiper blade has its parking place marked by an orange dot on the windshield (visible in bright light). Orange dot is near the end of each wiper blade. Adjustment is by removing wiper blade assembly from its respective splined shaft and resetting into the correct position. A tool to remove wiper blade assembly is available at your local auto parts store and costs less than $20. Do not forget to remove the molded plastic cover from the splined shaft AND DON'T LOSE IT!

I did not know this. My 02 has the same issue. BUT! I bought this one brand new.
