Reading Hagerty, there was an article about sound deadening and I wondered if you had any experience with this?

Dynamat was popular for a bit on my C3 Corvette forum years ago. Typically it was used when guys had removed most or all of the interior for other needs. I'm not sure how much it will help without gutting the interior to lay it down. Personally, I just want to get ride of the rattles of the interior such as the seats rubbing the side of the center console and other plastic on plastic rubbing noises.

I have used it on my last restoration of a Triumph Spitfire. It needed to be done on the Trans tunnel and firewall to insulate the cockpit from heat and engine/tyranny noise. Wouldn't think it would help much for blocking the sounds in the cockpit your describing. Worked very well for my situation. Well worth it.
