2005 catalytic converter seal at manifold leaks

I have been through 3 sets of catalytic converters, and none of them will seal with the exhaust manifolds. Any Tips out there?

All were for my '05 50th Anniversary w/CA emissions. 1st set was Walker, 2nd were Evan Fischer, and the 3rd are MagnaFlow.
