Moving up in age we are having to downsize our home. The communities we have looked all have a 2-car limit. I love Marylin (Marylin Merlot) but it has to go. I have used AutoTrader for almost two decades. I put up an ad Saturday night. Sunday morning there were 9 inquiries with two direct offers. I was stunned. Long, long story short, It finally came to my attention that every single inquiry was a scam. In fairness, AT did ferret out these messages but can't believe how naive I was on the front end. No, of course no wire transfers and bouncing "certified" checks and I was able to finally discern phony inquiries. Just a heads up when selling on "Auto-Traitor." Follow AT's warnings to a T!
