2004 Hardtop installation w/tonneau in place

Can the hardtop for my 2004 Pacific Coast roadster be installed with the tonneau cover in place? Haven't tried installing HT since removal, T Cover was Not on at that time.

I do not believe so you have to have the rear mounts are below the tonneau area
