Engine light on - mech's OBD reader says EGR valve sensor. Is the sensor part of the valve or a separate item?

So the EGR is faulty. Bought it from Advance Auto in 2017, kept the receipt, has lifetime warranty so a new no cost one is provided. Keep receipts! Cheers

My sensor showed a faulty part which the wizards at Ford incorporate into the EGR valve. Had it fixed 15 months ago. Nary a check engine light since.
Can you tell me what the part number is for that? @PJM3

The part number was CX2059. It was replaced by a local - non-dealer - garage so it might have been a non-Ford part. Probably NAPA if not Ford. The reading I had on my scope was a high MAP (manifold air pressure, I think). That is part of the EGR valve on the 2002-2005 Tbirds. Total cost, including oil change and filter, was $382.52 in September, 2019.
