2004 Cig lighter and other socket question

Car came to me with no cig lighter. Two sockets - assume left one is for the lighter and the right one is for other uses. Question - do either of these go dead after the ignition is off? Thx

nope, they are both constant power. I'm trying to figure out the aux fuse location # (spoiler alert: it is not #8)
