2002 Windshield Washer Spray Adjustment

Washer fluid is spraying clear over roof of my vehicle. Anyone know how to adjust the direction? Service Manual does not address the subject. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Most cars have a "ball" with a hole where the fluid sprays out on the hood in a small holder. If you use a straight pin, insert it in the hole, the ball can be rotated to adjust where the spray goes. I never paid much attention to where the spray comes from on mine, it hits just hit fine, Unfortunately, My bird is being taken care of by my son-in-law while I recuperate, so I don't have access to confirm the location. Hope this helps.
 
I do believe Moonfrog is correct in that I have done this myself. Do be careful and not ream out the nozzle being ham handed with it. Gentle manipulation and massage then a test squirt or two should get you there. Little adjustments create a large difference in the spray pattern.
