Right turn into parking lot- steering wheel locked and car shut off! Put into park, shut key and car made loud noise. Waited 20 seconds car drive normally. Very dangerous Please help

You are not going to get an accurate answer to this on the internet, especially without reading codes etc. Is it a transmission issue? Use a Blue Driver OBDII scan tool to check for codes.
